Following receipt of a threatening anonymous letter at the Islamic Center, Peace moms organized a neighborly visit there. Andrea McDonald suggested that Peace kids make colorful cards and deliver them on Sunday morning along with muffins. Other moms supported that idea and helped make arrangements for a visit. After the Sunday morning Christmas program rehearsal, Peace families went together to the Islamic center. There they were met by old friends and were introduced to many other members of the Islamic community. Andrea addressed the worshipers and spoke words of friendship on behalf of Peace.
