Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 14, and ends on Maundy Thursday, March 28.

In the Ash Wednesday confession of sin we name some of the habits and behaviors that separate us from other people and from God. A call to discipleship follows the confession. This charge will be repeated on the First Sunday in Lent.

Think of something you might add to your life or something you might take away as a Christian discipline. In the coming days I will make some suggestions. If you have already decided on a Lenten discipline, I would like to hear it! Others might be inspired by your example.
